Inspired by Feeling Good On My Weight Loss Determination and Goals Metaphorically Speaking Eating, Intuitive Thoughts and Physical Activity Diary as of and other written musings initiated Wednesday October 25, 2017 until at least Thursday November 16, 2017

Please know that I acknowledge the well-meaning people who try to encourage me to find happiness looking the way I am now for good reasons. I Stella Carrier confess that I have been both thin and the way I am now and I admit to remember and enjoying so much what it was like to be thin which is one of multiple major motivators. I was naturally thin up until December 2004 which was around a month after I turned 24, and less than 8 months after I voluntarily obtained tubal ligation surgery. What this has to do with my weight was that up until the surgery that I am regret-free about having, yet I have nothing against parents or kids, is that I think that the birth control that I used prior to that coupled with my age kind of gave me the privilege of being complacent about my weight. Obviously, I accept that I am going to have to care the rest of my current lifetime about my weight which I intend to take from my current 172 pounds to 152 pounds or thinner by January 1, 2018 or sooner. The following entries are going to involve what I start today coupled with what I Stella Carrier intend to add up until at least ideally Thursday November 16 2017 andor later.

Today’s entry for Wednesday October 25, 2017

Inspired by Feeling Good On My Weight Loss Determination and Goals Metaphorically Speaking Eating, Intuitive Thoughts and Physical Activity Diary as of and other written musings initiated Wednesday October 25, 2017 until at least Thursday November 16, 2017

I begin walking a total of at least 5 miles from my apartment to the college park metro and back from around 705 am and I got back by around 955 am including a CVS trip that I did in College Park, Maryland. I Stella Carrier feel like a million dollars after walking at least 5 miles this morning and I intend to walk 4 more miles today and walk at least 10 miles a day for at least 5 to 6 times a week starting this week.

Food and other entries to be added later on tonight after my job

15 Fascinating Facts About Saving Private Ryan

By Sean Hutchison
Eerily, enough some chicken unexpectedly dropped from my fridge yesterday but  was luckily in a container yesterday as I Stella Carrier was pondering the 6 or 10 mile goal for myself less than 2 months after coming across some msn articles related to what I am about to post as it pertains to matt damon chicken diet weight loss. Plus I had seen a Saving Private Ryan film reference sponsored by Msn this morning less than an hour ago and less than 24 hours after I prayed for guidance from my heaven higher self and my heaven spirit ally team helping me to determine 6 or 10 miles for quicker weight loss. This helpful delish article states that Matt Damon ran 13 miles and I think that I Stella Carrier have fortunately found my answer. The Matt Damon discovery from msn this morning coupled with some articles that I found pertaining to Matt Damon give me the idea to aim for around 10 miles for now. By this Thursday until at least December 1, 2017 I intend to just focus on walking at least 10 miles per day and then by December 1 2017 or sooner I Stella Carrier intend to run at least 1 to 2 of the 10 miles and then by April 2018 I intend to increase my run mileage to 3 or 4 miles out of the 10 miles to walk, both to help me save time and for quicker weight loss results. Obviously, I am grateful that Matt Damon generously shared how he achieved quick weight loss and I feel blessed to have come across this information to incorporate in my own life in addition to seeing the Private Ryan film link and Matt Damon reference less than 90 minutes ago this morning Tuesday October 24 2017

Matt Damon Lost 60 Pounds Eating Just One Food Every Day

"I just made it up and did what I thought I had to do."

from the website
So what was his big secret to dropping all those pounds? "I had to run about 13 miles a day, which wasn't even the hard part. The hard part was the diet," he said. "All I ate was chicken breast. It's not like I had a chef or anything, I just made it up and did what I thought I had to do. I just made it up and that was incredibly challenging."

I respectfully disagree with Erin Alexander yet I Stella Carrier am grateful that she still posted the story online.

'All I ate was chicken breast': Matt Damon reveals how he dropped 60 pounds for '90s role by Erin Alexander

from the website
Damon, who normally weighs around 190lbs, got down to roughly 139lbs to shoot the film, according to the AMA. "I had to run about 13 miles a day, which wasn't even the hard part. The hard part was the diet," he revealed. "All I ate was chicken breast. It's not like I had a chef or anything, I just made it up and did what I thought I had to do. I just made it up and that was incredibly challenging."

This Chicken Diet Almost Killed Matt Damon

By Drew DiSabatino
from the website
During a recent Reddit AMA, Matt answered questions on everything ranging from the smell of Julia Stiles (“Happiness”) to his most challenging role. In responding to the latter, he revealed that while prepping for a role in the film "Courage Under Fire," he underwent a dramatic weight loss that took him all the way down to 139 pounds (compared to his current weight of roughly 190 pounds). His secret? Eating nothing but chicken breast and running 13 miles a day. Woof.

Matt Damon reveals he lost 3st by eating this ONE food every day

By Sarah Buchanan
from the website
Opening up in a Reddit AMA, the 46-year-old revealed how he dropped 40lbs (almost 3st) without any advice from doctors, nutritionists or trainers.
He said: "I had to run about 13 miles a day, which wasn't even the hard part.
“The hard part was the diet. All I ate was chicken breast.
"It's not like I had a chef or anything, I just made it up and did what I thought I had to do.
“I just made it up and that was incredibly challenging."

How Matt Damon Nearly Killed Himself On This Chicken Diet

By Isai Rocha
from the website
In a Reddit AMA, Damon talked to fans, answered questions and revealed that the hardest thing he ever had to do for a movie role, was put himself on a chicken diet that made him lose over 50 pounds in three months
The movie was Courage Under Fire (1996) and Damon said at the time, he weighed 190 pounds. By the time they needed to film him with a more slender frame, he had lost 51 pounds, putting him at a paltry 139 pounds.
In a past interview with the Star, Damon said, at that time of his life, he would have done anything to get a role. He also revealed that his diet was supervised by no one but himself.
Damon was 25-years-old, cooked the chicken meals himself, and pretty much winged it without the help of a chef, or nutritionist.

Mr. Jason Bourne said he ran 13 miles a day, as well.

Some additional things for me to keep in mind that I intuitively and logically sense may be indirectly related to my destiny, writing creativity, and life purpose goals-Once again my intent to pursue some of my goals tied into what I am posting is far from trying to metaphorically give the finger to any of my current coworkers andor managers who have treated me fairly. Rather, I am following both my logic and intuition to chart some of my interests as it karmically and spiritually dovetails with some of my multiple goals

Obviously, this article applies more to long distance walkers who live in the UK area-from what I gather in the article. However, I am keeping and sharing this article as it is sometimes tricky for me to find encouraging tips on long distance walking.

Getting into long-distance walks: top tips from Chris Townsend
Posted by Sarah Stirling on 08/07/2016

https://www.thebmc.co.uk/beginner-long-distance-walks-tips-chris-townsend

One thing that I feel blessed about; my husband and I fortunate to always have enough to eat regardless of the money we make. We do not collect foodstamps but are compassionate about women, men, and children who do use them. Last but not least, I feel blessed to have a husband who treats me well and loves me regardless of how much money I make.
I am also intuitively aware that I am blessed to have an amazing husband who is emotionally supportive of my decision to live anywhere I choose to live partially stemming from choosing the right to exercise my freedom and blessing of being born an American born female who can live in whatever U.S. state she desires as long as I consult my husband ahead of time-once again this is not to metaphorically give the finger to any of my previous coworkers or managers who have treated me fairly. Rather it is for private money goals and other concerns that are both practical and I sense are tied/related to my destiny.
I mark a new beginning in the book of my life and wisely use the free time I have been giving to rest and tune even deeper into various aspects of my life-spiritual, athletic goals such as walking more, balancing my writing time with some online courses I have enrolled in etc.
I am in the process of becoming more cool,level-headed, and wise when it comes to how I conduct myself around my current work colleagues and future coworkers as I am now logically and intuitively aware that some of them may follow me to where I may reside within 7 years from now or less regardless if I am a private sector andor a government/military worker/employee.

https://www.orindaben.com/pages/rooms/affirmations_room/
My psychic abilities expand everyday.
I wisely put a moderation on the number of commitments I pursue in order to ensure a greater chance of success (keeping in mind my fitness and udemy course andor other online class commitments year round, planning volunteer activities a max of 3 days out of the week, going to church, and my job search goals  applying for college admission for a 2nd bachelors degree program in public relations market andor advertising by october 1, 2017 or sooner with an eye on enrollment by september 2018 andor sooner in online courses)). Smart focused work (what others consider hard work) and consistent effort make a wide difference especially when it comes to my walking fitness goals.
I am creating  heaven on earth each day.

My mind is tuned to the higher planes of reality.

I deserve abundance in all areas of my life.

Each Day I am building a stronger spiritual and celestial connection with my higher self and spirit ally team of the heaven worlds of divine love and divine happiness. I feel their gift of courage and bravery to me, along with other spiritual blessings to write and channel through celestial/heavenly influences and each day I become more intuitively adept at living my life and all areas of my life in alignment with my divine life purpose and destiny.
My ability to connect to the celestial forces of the heavenly realms are increasing daily. I use the blessing of this connection for greater creativity and wisdom in all areas of my life both present and future
I Call Upon What I Imagine To Be The Influence of Benevolent Spirits From the Heavenly Realms, my higher self, and my celestial spirit ally team for creativity in both my writings and all other areas of my life both present and future

Diet Log and Walking Fitness Entry For Wednesday July 12, 2017

6 miles walked so far by 1032 am on Wednesday July 12, 2017 from my apartment to College Park Maryland metro and back
recorded by 408 pm Wednesday July 12, 2017
I walked approximately 3.6 miles from my apartment  in Hyattsville Maryland to St. Andrews
Episcopal Church in College Park, Maryland, stopped by the 7-11 in College Park for the pepper 7 cheese hot dog, soda, and some other food items, walked to meet my amazing husband Rusty by the time he got off work and we both made a couple of stops to 2 other places on the way  back to our apartment which helped me to log an additional 3.6 miles. The 6.12 miles plus the approximately 6 miles I walked this morning.

Mission accomplished of at least 12 miles walked today for my fitness goals

2 microwaved costco brand hotdogs with hickory brown sugar bbq sauce
some tea mix liquid drink from some recycled gatorade glacier cherry bottles
Arizona Brand honey and ginseng tea drink
Quaker Brand oatmeal raisin granola bar
a 711 hot dog pepper 7 cheese
a little bit of mcdonalds soda from my amazing husband
some 711 mountain dew drink
a banana
I'm about to drink some Sunny Delight Pineapple and Orange Drink that my husband bought within the next 10 minutes or less of typing this at 639 pm Wednesday July 12, 2017

I know that I shared this link widely on social media before but I wanted to save and share it again for
encouragement as I did succeed in walking 12 miles today and I'm on my second day in a row of accomplishing said goal. My ultimate goal is to walk at least 10 miles per day at least 6 days a more per week before I work up my run; my walking routine went a little like this from what I wrote down in my fitness blog log;6 miles walked so far by 1032 am on Wednesday July 12, 2017 from my apartment to College Park Maryland metro and back

I have lost weight before simply by just incorporating smaller portions and walking. Yet, I am still glad to have found another story as proof as my own form of encouragement and support. I do think that competition-when it comes to family members and friends inspiring each other on fitness goals is a good and positive thing spiritually and karmically speaking. However, there is something to be said for being able to find inspiring articles such as this story of Jodi Davis as a form of online support and encouragement.

I have to credit Washingtonian magazine via the facebook feed for introducing me to this informative link. I am intrigued to research more into the weight loss idea mentioned in this article and I intend to save it in at least my online fitness logs and maybe additional places in my online logs as the idea mentioned in this article is workable even with my budget. I feel blessed to have come across a success story around this idea as it helps broaden my mind what is possible when it comes to losing weight on a budget. I was already having a bright and happy day before coming across this article as it pertains to Alex Schriver who works in what looks to be Public Affairs at Navy Yard. However, this article feels me with even more positive hope and spiritual faith as it pertains to a secret timeline/deadline I have set as an intention for myself to accomplish my weight loss goals.

songs for me to keep in mind today; The music video to Craving You by Thomas Rhett feat. Maren Morris is very risque, has a dangerous Bonnie and Clyde assassin vibe. However, there is something about this uplifting country love song that is fun to listen to. I am definitely

important success goal; to do what it legally takes to fulfill my intent to manifest my wedding day body of 135 pounds or smaller by October 8, 2017 or sooner. An additional motivating goal besides desiring to relocate to Norfolk Virginia by the year 2020 with a thinner body and qualifying bodyweight wise for the military-fortunately my amazing husband Rusty loves me and sees the beauty in me right now regardless of what other people think but I have to admit that my mother in law is correct when she had a tough love conversation implication with me before in regards to me losing weight-It would be to my benefit to lose weight to
look a certain way in clothes that would make my husband even prouder to be seen with me.
Yes, I believe my husband when he says that he is already proud to be seen with me. However, I reluctantly admit that I intuitively sense that my mother in law is only subconsciously mirroring the way I actually feel about myself in regards to truly wanting to do what it takes-my true desire to do what it takes to manifest a 135 pound body or smaller. Even I am aware that my mother in law was only trying to help me with her honest tough love
comment in regards to my weight. For karmic reasons, I prefer to avoid mentioning when my mother in law gave me that tough love comment in regards to my weight.

know it is important to track my eating habits even if they are not what is considered perfect, later on today-i may chart my emotions and thought process

5 miles total walked from after my husband and I walked from his work to Book holders in College Park Maryland, we ate at Target, then we ate at the bagel place in colllege park maryland, I then walked to safeway near Prince George's Plaza, did some grocery shopping then walking distance can be accounted for  to my apartment
approximate 6 miles earlier

total of 11 miles walked on Friday July 14 2017

weight loss links for me to keep in mind
