Today's entry of food that i ate on Thursday August 23 2018; Some sphagetti and meatballs from my University of Maryland College Park job, a blueberry donut, some meatballs, a piece of garlic bread, 2 oatmeal raisin cookies, some bites of sausage, 2 orange fanta soda can drinks 2 bottles of deer park water currently in the process of drinking a schweppes brand ginger ale and a third Deer Park brand water bottle

Plus side; I did do a total of at least 5.8 miles of walking today as I walked from my apartment to my University of Maryland College Park food services job, then to the College Park metro station and then back to my apartment

added bonus for tomorrow; I have until 7 am to clock in which gives me extra time to get a head start on my walking routine andor if I wanted to walk a little longer before heading to work though a woman needs to keep some secrets where she might stop by on her way to work, however I would keep my husband in mind by getting him a treat as well if I stop somewhere

I have to credit Washingtonian magazine via the facebook feed for introducing me to this informative link. I am intrigued to research more into the weight loss idea mentioned in this article and I intend to save it in at least my online fitness logs and maybe additional places in my online logs as the idea mentioned in this article is workable even with my budget. I feel blessed to have come across a success story around this idea as it helps broaden my mind what is possible when it comes to losing weight on a budget. I was already having a bright and happy day before coming across this article as it pertains to Alex Schriver who works in what looks to be Public Affairs at Navy Yard. kudos to Janielle Wright in having the courage to use instagram, I am actually thinking of opening an instagram account to at least have an additional place to post some of my photos and I feel like my intuition may be trying to help andor tell me something with her success story. I admit that I am currently in the 160s and intend to get to the 140s andor thinner by April 2019 andor sooner. Still, I find Janielle Wright's story inspirational. The 20 hour fast and 4 hour eating window that she shared in using is helpful information.

I walked to and from my apartment to the Adele H Stamp Student Union Building to Eat Some Taco Bell with my heavenly husband sometime by 415 pm andor sooner. Details on the food to come within 5 minutes including approximate miles calculated as per mapquest

as per mapquest at least 1.8 miles walking from my apartment to Adele H Stamp Student Union Building on the University of Maryland College Park campus, 1.8 plus 1.8 equaling to 3.16 miles since I also walked from the Adele H Stamp Student Union Building to my apartment

I am fortunate to be married to a husband of 14 years who loves me regardless of my size and I also am fortunate in making even more money than I did 2 years ago even with working a similar amount of hours. Additionally a multiple number of people in both my personal and professional life are comfortable with how they look physical appearance wise. Rather I am sharing all this to admit that my reasons for doing the intermittent fasting and walking plan go beyond vanity and have more to do with other reasons that I have divulged admitted to some people in either my professional andor personal life that I prefer to give myself more time before further disclosing publicly. However, what I do feel comfortable admitting is that even with the blessings I have in my life that experiencing life itself has humbled me to becoming more aware both what is in my destiny and both what I can control, where I am the Captain of my ship. This is obviously going to differ depending on the person. What do I mean by this; For instance, as an American born female I am intuitively and logically aware that even a woman of my status has control over where I reside within the United States and I intend to be wise with that type of freedom. However, I am aware that I must listen to both my logic and intuition when choosing personal and professional goals that are aligned both with what I want and what is possible within my life purpose spiritual destiny. Another area where I am aware I have some control  is the amount of miles I walk and the plan I do to go for my fitness goals. I know from personal experience that walking and intermittent fasting do help because I have had success in manifesting a body that I last had around the time I was around 27/28 years old after becoming more committed and serious about my bodyweight and walking goals back around July/August 2016 even with simply walking just 2 to 6 miles on some days depending on the free time I had available. I am simply posting publicly to hold myself accountable to committing to the walking regimen that I have set for myself because similar to career and money I'm intuitively aware that I must be careful about comparing myself to others I know in my personal or professional life when it comes to my own intermittent fasting and walking goals while utilizing the medium of social media to positive benefit to commit to my goal of walking 7 miles a day at least 5 times a week coupled with the 16/8 intermittent fasting plan. I have become thinner walking 12 miles a day before around the late 2010/early 2011 timeframe yet the only caveat is that the 12 miles take a great deal of time where at least around 7 miles is doable around my free time and work/career time schedule.
