Diet Log From Friday August 12, 2016

I walked 4.3 miles today from the Beltway Plaza mall in Greenbelt to the apartment area where my husband and i currently reside. 

Food I ate today
Spare rib meat pieces
some fries with ranch and mustard sauce
Gatorade Glacier Cherry
Gatorade Green Apple
Green Tea Ginger Tea Argo Tea Brand
lime and chili flavored pork rinds
23 ounce can Arizona Ginseng and Honey Flavored Tea
Weight reflected today when I weighed myself on the weight scale inside the Greenbelt Mall; 205 pounds on what I confess is my height of 5 feet and 3 inches regardless of what others think.




A Dream I Had or Material For My Storytelling andor Both? I'm glancing in the outside background and meet with my future self. I'm surrounded by some people who are meeting up for a background party barbecue and playing an eclectic range of music. Someone is making watermelon barbecue ribs reminiscent of a movie that I had recently seen and peach barbecue ribs. Ironically one of the songs that is playing in the party background is Peaches by The Presidents of the United States of America. Fortunately my husband loves me and sees the inner and outer beauty in me as I already am in my real life but he does sympathize with me on why I'm in the process of losing weight. I easily imagine and remember the image of the first year I had met my amazing husband when I weighed between 119-129 pounds. I get the intuitive feeling that I need to go ahead and still both keep and collect stories of successful weight loss but to avoid comparing my progress to them as I am on my own unique path.

Some Goals Tomorrow For Saturday August 13, 2016: My intuition guided me to start doing this via inspiration that came to me today when walking including to log this in a physical notebook especially in case there are days where I prefer to save my entry andor entries for the next andor later day.

Walk at least 6-7 miles
Strive to drink at least  100 ounces of lemon water and ideally a max of 64 ounces non water. Do grocery shopping to stick to meal plan. Finish leftover spare rib and fries, add some chicken + mashed potatoes, choco pudding, 2 apples with cookie butter

Diet Log From Saturday August 13, 2016

I walked 3 miles today from the my apartment to the University of Maryland College Park Campus and back
Food I ate today
Spare rib meat pieces with sweet honey bbq sauce and hickory brown sugar sauce
tilapia with butter
some lobster meat and butter
Gatorade Glacier Cherry
some lemonade water in a Gatorade bottle
2 Strawberry Chills drinks
Weight reflected today when I weighed myself on the weight scale inside my apartment-202 pounds, a victory yay.




A Dream I Had or Material For My Storytelling andor Both? I meet my future self who already weighs 110 pounds and is coming outside of a garden party that just played Sexy Chick by David Guetta feat. Akon, and I ask her (my 110 pound future self)how I can make her a reality sooner rather than later. She simply points me to a wall with the instructions written in gold; Diligently log your schedule both at least offline and be more purposeful and wise with your time online. Also, write out the number of miles you intend to walk at a minimum at least a week ahead of time. The song Lovin Each Day by Ronan Keating plays.

Some Goals Tomorrow For Sunday August 14, 2016: Strive to walk at least 6 miles and also stick with the following drink plan and keep persisting in my weight and fitness goals regardless of how long it may take for me to see results and regardless of how other people judge my progress but be open to helpful and encouraging suggestions. Strive to drink at least  100 ounces of lemon water and ideally a max of 64 ounces non water. I accomplished some of my grocery shopping with the help of my amazing husband and I plan to do more with grocery shopping with some more key items within the next 48 hours of less.I also need to continue to be guiltfree with minimizing my facebook time and continue to monitor and improve on myself when it comes to how much time I spend online and on the internet.

slight update for Sunday August 14, 2016-I still plan to log my food and exercise intake and other thoughts in my notebook offline but I have decided to blog about my weight loss journey once every 5-7 days (ideally at either the 5th or 6th day or the 7th day at the latest). This is going to allow me enough time for some of the other things that I have planned as well as help me monitor my time online more closely andor make sure that I'm also spending more of my time online with a purpose. However, I intend to at least share the amount of miles that I walked on some of the days from my notebook and I want to thank everyone who stops by this blog andor any of my other blogs to look at from time to time.
Goal of miles I intend to walk this week; At least 24 miles or more this week.
