Diet Log From Friday August 26, 2016

I walked 6 miles today from my apartment to the University of Maryland College Park metro and back-
Food I ate today
so far lemon water and some crackers with President brand titled Garlic and Herbs Spreadable Cheese titled Authentic Cheese and some beef jerky pieces Jack Links brand

food for the day to be determined within the next hour and for me to write by Friday September 9, 2016 andor sooner

My intent to walk at least 4 more miles and another 12 by friday

A Dream I Had or Material For My Storytelling andor Both? I'm in front of a blue and pink castle with three woman who look exactly like me. I notice that one of the woman looks exactly who I was when I was 21 years old and weighed around 119 pounds, the second woman looked similar to the 135 pound 23 year old woman I was when I married my amazing husband in this current lifetime, and the 3rd woman looks to be around a 36 year old version of  myself and weighing around 107 pounds, with the fourth female being around what looks to be a 7 year old version of me. I ask why they are gathered in front of me today and I try to peer around for my future self to be my guide for my heavenly astral travels. The 7 year old then speaks as she materializes atop purple mountaintop that she created with her mind. Your future self in concert with your higher self is watching you form an undisclosed location with your team of celestial spirit helpers so that it is insured we all speak with you before you go further on your weight loss journey. My 7 year old then asks me to look at a book that my 36 year old version hands to me. I grab the red and gold book and then I notice that my 24 year old version manifests a library cartoon like room similar to one of the school rooms in the Ever After High cartoon Series that has inspired me for my writing. I open the first page and the song Come Undone by Duran Duran comes on and my 36 year old puts her hand over a page that I look at and shows me an image that she needs me to heal my fear of dying once I reach my weight loss goal that manifested in my being after I read a story of a female who conquered her weight loss goals and died shortly after manifesting a thinner body. My 36 year old then writes in the book for me that getting thinner is part of my destiny and that I need to understand that my life is only going to be finished once I come close to fullfilling what is in my destiny. She acknowledges that right now it can go either way for my life in terms of how I live but that my intent is sending out powerful signals to help me become 107 pounds before the year 2020. I then look up and my 119 pound 21 year old self and 23 year old self say in unison are meeting is unfinished but we are to continue within the next 10 days or sooner depending on the connection of your higher self. With that my 23 year old self says one last thing, she writes in the book for me to please drastically reduce my computer time during the work week to a timeframe that is to come to me on my next walk and writes on the chalkboard for me to write my walking and eating schedule up to 2-3 weeks in advance regardless of how soon I know my schedule.  Before I can ask more questions the song Ordinary World by Duran Duran comes on as the four of them join hands, smile at me, and disappear into a gold and blue flying ship with gold stars painted on them and my 36 year old tossed the Map book by Boni Lonnsburry to me as she states that I must work with this book in order to help them help me more before their next visit to them only 2-3 seconds before all 4 of them and the ship disappear into a multi colored rainbow.
